Appointments can be scheduled through our website, Fresha platform, or by contacting us directly. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 6 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of $25.
All purchases, including services, packages, memberships, or promotions, are final. We do not provide refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution or offer additional support.
Expiration dates for purchased services, packages, or memberships are final and cannot be extended, though pause requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis to prevent expiration. Services and memberships are non-transferable except for gift card purchases. The Light Therapy Lounge reserves the right to modify expiration policies under special circumstances.
The Light Therapy Lounge provides wellness and holistic therapies that are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider. You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications before treatment. Payments may be made through Fresha, Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, or in person. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered at the time of booking or treatment. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed appointments. A credit card is required at your first appointment and kept on file for late cancellation or no-show fees.
